Pay: $21.00 to $27.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Join Our Primary Care Team
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator who understands the day-to-day operations of a primary care practice and enjoys helping patients navigate their care. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, working closely with providers and clinical teams to keep appointments, insurance information, and patient communication organized.
What You Will Do
- Welcome patients, complete check-in and check-out, and maintain accurate registration information.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars, and coordinate rescheduling and follow-up visits.
- Answer incoming calls, address nonclinical questions, and route patient messages to the appropriate team.
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, review applicable copayments, and identify referral or authorization needs.
- Collect payments, issue receipts, and assist with routine billing inquiries within clinic policy.
- Maintain electronic patient records, process documentation, and protect patient privacy.
- Work closely with medical assistants, providers, and other clinic personnel to deliver a positive patient experience.
What We Are Looking For
- 2 years of previous front desk or patient access experience in a primary care (PCP) office is required.
- Hands-on experience with insurance verification, appointment scheduling, and answering a high volume of calls.
- Comfort using electronic health records and practice management systems.
- Excellent patient service, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer an hourly pay range of $21.00 to $27.00, based on qualifications and experience, along with a $3,000 stock option sign-on award for eligible new hires. The stock option award is equity compensation, not a cash sign-on bonus, and is subject to the terms of the applicable plan and grant documents.
