Key Responsibilities
- Cultivates a guest-focused environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs
- Models excellent service standards and coaches associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to identify and attract high-caliber candidates who align with our mission and values.
- Conduct professional interviews and develop standardized evaluation tools to ensure a consistent and high-quality selection process.
- Manage a high-volume recruitment calendar, including the coordination of interviews, panels, and candidate travel logistics.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all candidates are educated on and meet our specific appearance and professionalism standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between hiring managers and candidates, prioritizing open requisitions and managing communication.
- Partner with leadership to translate growth goals into actionable hiring plans and diverse talent pipelines.
- Facilitate the transition from candidate to associate, ensuring a guest-first experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Manage confidential candidate information with total discretion and ensure all hiring practices meet ethical and professional standards.
- 3 or more years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in retail, fashion, or a mission-based company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain professionalism and good judgment under pressure.
- Demonstrated excellence in both written correspondence and interpersonal communication across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and digital sourcing tools.
- Alignment with Altar’d State’s mission and core values.
