What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional guest service through phone, live chat, email, and SMS.
- Assist guests with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and answering billing inquiries.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly while striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously to research and resolve guest questions.
- Build trust and loyalty by providing warm, empathetic, solution-focused service.
- Learn our brands, products, promotions, and policies to confidently assist every guest.
- Partner with teammates and leaders to resolve more complex guest situations.
- Accurately document guest interactions while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment during our busiest season.

- Is flexible and excited to support the team during our peak Christmas season.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree.
- Six months or more of customer service experience.
- Retail, hospitality, or contact center experience.
- Full-time seasonal position beginning in October 2026 and expected to continue through early January 2027.
- Employment is expected through early January. The assignment may end earlier or extend based on business needs and guest volume.
- Candidates must have flexible availability. Schedules and hours will adjust throughout the season based on guest demand.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and throughout our peak Christmas season.
- Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day are scheduled days off.
- This is an on-site position located at our Home Office in Knoxville, TN. Remote work is not available.
