Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Farmington, UT for an Assistant Store Leader. The Assistant Store Leader will be responsible for supporting daily store operations, leading and motivating the team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include assisting with staff training and development, driving retail sales, maintaining organization within the store, and fostering strong communication with both the team and customers. The role also supports the Store Leader in executing business strategies and achieving sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to provide a welcoming and engaging experience for customers
- Retail Sales experience with a focus on achieving sales goals and team support
- Effective Organization Skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a well-ordered store environment
- Proven ability to assist in Training team members to improve performance and foster professional growth
- Leadership experience in a retail or customer-focused setting
