What You’ll Do
As a Teller, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members, providing friendly, efficient service while assisting with a variety of financial transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
✔ Creating a welcoming environment and building strong member relationships
✔ Accurately processing member transactions and account maintenance with confidentiality and efficiency
✔ Assisting members with problem resolution and educating them on Altana’s products and services
✔ Promoting Altana’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, service-driven, and eager to grow within our organization. Our ideal candidate will have:
✔ Previous cash handling or teller experience (preferred but not required)
✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
✔ A working knowledge of computers and proficiency in ten-key data entry

- Weekends off for better work-life balance
- Schedule is Part-Time, 20-24 hours per week
- Monday through Friday availability, with some flexibility upon advance notice, is required
- Shifts (subject to change):
- Monday & Friday, 8:15-4:15 with 1 hour lunch
- Wednesday and/or Thursday 10:30-2:30
- Tuesdays generally off unless PTO coverage required
- Generous paid time off in your first year
- 10-11 paid holidays per year
- 401(k) plan with up to 8% company contribution
