What this role actually is
You'll be treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal patients with the freedom to think like a clinician—not simply follow a checklist.
Every patient has a story.
Our job is to understand what matters to them and build a treatment plan around their goals, whether that's gardening without pain, returning to running, playing with grandchildren, or getting back to work.
You'll have the time and support to provide thoughtful care, educate patients, and build meaningful relationships that lead to lasting results.
What your day looks like
- Evaluating and treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Creating individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals
- Using hands-on treatment and movement-based interventions when appropriate
- Educating patients so they understand why they're doing what they're doing
- Progressing care based on patient response—not just following a protocol
- Collaborating with a team that enjoys discussing challenging cases and learning from each other
- Helping patients transition beyond pain into lifelong strength and wellness through programs like Strong for Life
