What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Altair?
Renwick Hospitality Group is looking for strong, passionate, and detail-oriented AM and PM servers for our establishment Altair. Altair is a fine dining establishment located in the newly renovated dining area of Arlo Midtown. We offer a beautiful dining room & bar/lounge setting dedicated to engaging with our guests at the highest level. Our goal is to create lasting guest experiences through positive energy, a high level of service, and a focus on executing our curating guest experience.
Server responsibility includes but is not limited to the following:
**Must be able to work mornings and nights. We typically see 150 covers just for breakfast.
***As of recently dinner has been between 100 & 250 guests per night.

Server responsibility includes but is not limited to the following:
- Upholding all standards based on company expectations.
- Bussing, running, & any other support needed to ensure guest experiences.
- Coffee & tea service.
- Punctuality
- All steps of service including menu knowledge, coursing & firing, table setups beverage service,
- Kind and honest
- Team player
