Job Summary
Our client in Georgetown, KY is looking for a Paint SEIBI Tech. This is a contract position.
What You Will Do
- Online robot programming.
- Sealer, UBC, and Dampening.
- Run trials and adjust parameters.
- Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards.
- Online robot Programming.
- Primer, Base and Clear.
- Run trials and adjust parameters.
- Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards.
- Off line robot programming.
- Use simulation software to create robot programs, perform reach studies and cycle time analysis.
- Evaluate Quality.
- Use elco-meters, wave-scan and X-Rite.
- Create Hand Over Documents.
- Create snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMC’s.
- Effective communications.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office and communicate with the written word.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
- Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects.
- Able to take initiative to recommend projects, product improvements, or cost reductions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications.
- PLC Programming (Toyopuc, Allen Bradley, Omron,…etc.).
- Experience with Digital Engineering (Catia,Delmia,Solidworks,Inventor).
- Additional related certifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
