POSITION SUMMARY:
The Supplier Partner Experience Manager has responsibility for providing day-to-day supplier related operational execution, support and training to our Clients, Supplier Partnerships team members, Altair Operations, and support teams (i.e., Accounting), and our Supplier Network Partners. The Supplier Operations Manager will function as a liaison between the Supplier Partnerships team, our clients and various Altair departments including Operations, Accounting, IT, and Reporting.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manage correct execution of all Supplier related tasks, processes, and compliance requirements from order placement through correct billing/payables.
- Work in conjunction with our Clients, Altair Operations, and our Supplier network to ensure all Supplier related tasks and processes are completed in accordance with Altair, Client, and industry requirements and regulations.
- Ensure all Supplier related escalations and challenges are documented and
- Ad hoc interaction with Customers to manage the escalation resolution process.
- SME for all Supplier Operations processes and procedures
- Regular interaction with Client Global Mobility representatives to review all Supplier operations related matters.
- Ensure all service delivery processes are clearly documented and implemented appropriately.
- Create and deliver training for team members, Operations, and the Supplier network to ensure consistency in process and service delivery.
- Assist Leadership Team and Operations in facilitating a streamlined workflow process.
- Ensure appropriate Supplier Partnerships/Move Management team coverage and equitable work distribution for all Supplier operational tasks.
- Complete special projects upon request
- Lead operational performance reviews with key network members (Suppliers, Outsourced Partners)
- Assist in the implementation of all new Supplier related process/procedures.
- Track and provide operations reporting (service; compliance; financials) - monthly and ad hoc.
- Ensure all processes/procedures are clearly documented and implemented appropriately.
- Identify challenges and opportunities to drive improved performance.
- Other assignments and/or projects as requested by the SP Leadership Team or other members of Altair’s management team.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Marketing or Business Manager or equivalent combination of experience, skills, training, and education expired.
TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years of experience in global mobility and 3 years of experience in supplier operations
- Strong technical skills in multiple software packages including, but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; must be an initiative-taker.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong influencing, consensus building, conflict resolution and negotiating skills.
- Strong communicator; both verbal and written; ability to confidently communicate at multiple levels across the organization.
- Willingness to accommodate tri-regional time zones, with residence in east coast or central time zone.
WORK/PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:
Office setting and/or home office work environment. Team members must be able to operate standard office equipment. Team members spend a substantial amount of time working on the computer, on the phone speaking with customers and working under deadlines.
