What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Experience Associate position at Altair Global Services, LLC?
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- General knowledge of Consultant’s assigned clients’ programs
- Respond to general inquiries from customers when Consultant is not available
- Communicate consistently with Consultant on any activities with customers
- Assists in ordering services and providing documents and information for assigned customer files
- Timely and complete documentation of activity in Altair systems
- Process customer requests for benefits including but not limited to disbursements, lodging and travel
- Any additional tasks, activities, and/or projects as required
EDUCATION:
High School diploma or the equivalent combination of experience, skills, training, and education required.
TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
- Prior administrative experience and skills with exceptional follow-up skills
- Ability to deliver a great customer experience
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, high diligence
- Working knowledge of various software applications and tools including but not limited to Microsoft Office Products, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to confidently communicate at multiple levels across the Company and with others as required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Deadline and time sensitive
WORK/PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:
Office setting and/or home office work environment. Team members must be able to operate standard office equipment. Team members spend a substantial amount of time working on the computer, on the phone speaking with customers and working under deadlines.
