We are looking for highly motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who thrive in fast-paced environments, love outbound prospecting, and want to be part of building something meaningful from the ground up.
Position Overview
As a Business Development Representative at Alta Voice AI, you will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, relationship building, and strategic outreach.
You will work directly with dental practices, hygienists, office managers, and doctors to introduce Alta Voice AI and create excitement around the future of AI-powered dentistry.

This is not a passive inbound role. We are looking for someone who can create pipeline through disciplined outbound execution.
ResponsibilitiesOutbound Prospecting
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily
- Send personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and text communication
- Prospect into dental offices, DSOs, hygienists, and office managers
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities for Account Executives
Pipeline Generation
- Schedule product demos for the sales team
- Maintain consistent pipeline activity and follow-up cadence
- Work leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, trade shows, and outbound lists
- Identify pain points and position Alta Voice AI value propositions effectively
CRM & Process Management
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot
- Track outreach activity and pipeline progression
- Follow established sales processes and workflows
- Collaborate with sales leadership on campaign execution and messaging
Continuous Learning
- Learn dental workflows and industry terminology
- Become proficient in Alta Voice AI products and positioning
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching sessions
- Stay current on AI trends and competitive solutions in dental technology

QualificationsPreferred
- 1 years of sales, BDR, SDR, or customer-facing experience
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or dental technology is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls daily
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment
