Director Inpatient Services - Med-Surg/Telemetry
Job Summary:
- Provides leadership, with limited supervision, in directing daily operations of the inpatient services departments (Med/Surg and Telemetry).
- Oversight for the design, development, implementation and facilitation of comprehensive clinical programs, operations and quality efforts.
- Ensures and maintains compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Assists in meeting strategic objectives.
- Meets established budget and manages costs including forecasting financial impact of planned programs, services and operational initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited BSN nursing program; MSN preferred, or equivalent combination of education.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years clinical experience and 5 years management experience and/or any equivalent combination of education, training or experience. experience.
- Must possess a current New Mexico License or hold a Compact License
- Have and maintain a current certification in BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS.
- Other certifications i.e. TNCC are recommended.
Salary : $86,300 - $109,000
