Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Alta Vista Integrated Life Services is seeking a warm, organized, and collaborative Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our growing behavioral health and special education programs. This position plays an important role in helping our team stay connected, organized, and responsive to families and the community.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, creative, and comfortable balancing both administrative and people-focused responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
- Part-Time
- Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 20 hours weekly
Pay
- $20–$25 hourly DOE
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain attendance rosters and records
- Support student/client scheduling and administrative coordination
- Update agency and school social media platforms
- Create flyers, graphics, and program advertisements
- Assist with invoicing and administrative documentation
- Support planning and coordination of special events
- Communicate professionally with parents, guardians, school districts, and community partners
- Collaborate with clinical, educational, and administrative staff
- Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Canva, social media platforms, and basic office technology
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience working in education, healthcare, behavioral health, or community services preferred
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor
