Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Estate Planning Attorney, based in Sioux Falls, SD with some work-from-home flexibility. The Estate Planning Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice on estate planning, probate, and estate administration. Daily tasks will include drafting and reviewing trusts and other legal documents, assisting clients and in some cases consulting with other attorneys with regard to succession planning, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Estate Planning, Estate Law, and Probate
- Experience in Estate Administration and Succession Planning
- Strong research, drafting, and review skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in South Dakota
- Experience in the financial or trust services industry is a plus
- Tax expertise is a plus
Salary : $75 - $125
