What Youāll Do
As a key member of our engineering team, you will:
- Lead civil and environmental engineering projects from concept through construction
- Oversee design development, including plans, drawings, reports, and permitting
- Ensure quality and technical excellence across all deliverables
- Collaborate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff
- Conduct field visits and provide construction oversight
- Navigate and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
What You Bring
- Bachelorās degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Masterās a plus)
- Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Idaho (multi-state licensure is a bonus)
- 5 years of experience in design and construction oversight
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with permitting and environmental compliance
- Valid driverās license and willingness to travel to project sites
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working with municipalities or public agencies
- Familiarity with NEPA, SWPPP, NPDES, or related frameworks
- Project management certification or formal training
- A passion for mentoring and team development
