Alta Resources is hiring full-time Inside Sales Representatives to deliver professional, high-quality, best-in-class service for our client. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and have an interest in providing warranty protection for homeowners.  This is an inside sales program handling all business through inbound phone interactions. The Home Warranty team provides a range of home protection plans that cover unexpected costs and provide on-demand services for repairs, maintenance, and improvements. Customers call in inquiring about various services that are provided. Sales reps will then offer solutions based on their needs.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED/HSED) required; post-secondary education preferred
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, training, or member retention preferred
• Ability to quickly learn product and program knowledge
• Comfortable working on a PC and navigating a Windows environment
