What You'll Do:
- Supervise and mentor a team of pest control technicians
- Evaluate service quality and implement quality assurance measures
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation for field teams
- Oversee purchasing, timecard auditing, and service reporting
- Partner with the Regional Director to recruit, hire, and develop talent
- Deliver excellent customer communication and resolve service issues
- Perform pest control services when needed to support the team
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and pesticide use and disposal
What You Bring:
- Prior management experience (any industry) or extensive experience in pest control
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- A high school diploma or GED (required)
- Ability to obtain necessary state certifications within 90 days of hire
