WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
This position involves working directly with homeowners in a professional, face-to-face setting. The goal is to understand customer concerns and guide them toward solutions that protect their homes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Speaking with homeowners to learn about pest control concerns
- Performing property inspections and explaining service options
- Presenting solutions clearly and professionally
- Participating in ongoing coaching and team training
Each interaction helps build stronger communication skills and professional confidence.
EARNING POTENTIAL AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT
Compensation is based on performance, including bonuses and uncapped commission.
Training Period: $4,000 to $7,000 in the first month
Typical First Season: $7,000 to $10,000 per month
Top Performing Reps: $15,000 to $25,000 per month
Leadership Positions: $150,000 to $300,000 annually
