Occupational Therapist (OT)- Skilled Nursing Facility
Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday) schedule flexibility
Salary: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient's physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient's quality of life.
- Provide instruction to patients and families on how to use assistive devices and adaptive techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients.
- Educate patients on self-care strategies and techniques.
- Provide support to family members of patients.
