What You'll Do
No two days look exactly the same—and that's one of the best parts of this position!
As a Campus Operations Proctor, you'll provide support across many areas of campus life, including:
Student Safety & Campus Support
- Help provide a safe, welcoming campus environment
- Supervise students during arrival, dismissal, recess, lunch, and transitions
- Maintain a positive adult presence throughout the school day
- Assist with traffic flow during drop-off and pick-up
- Observe and report safety concerns or maintenance needs
- Support campus emergency drills and school safety procedures
Campus Operations & Maintenance
- Perform routine campus walk-throughs
- Help keep the campus clean, organized, and attractive
- Complete minor repairs and maintenance projects
- Assist with trash removal and grounds upkeep
- Operate basic maintenance equipment such as leaf blowers and hand tools
- Report larger maintenance issues to administration
Event & Facilities Support
- Assist with school event setup and teardown
- Move tables, chairs, and equipment
- Prepare classrooms and event spaces
- Support chapel, graduations, parent events, athletics, and special programs
Campus Care
- Respond to unexpected cleaning needs
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming learning environment
- Assist wherever needed to support students, staff, and daily school operations
This position is flexible by design. Responsibilities vary throughout the school year based on campus needs, school events, and seasonal priorities.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in facilities, maintenance, school operations, custodial services, security, or related fields is preferred
- Ability to perform minor maintenance tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Must successfully complete Live Scan fingerprinting, background clearances, and all employment requirements
