Overview

This is an internal Business Development role for the System One - Cincinnati office.  The main function of the role is to sell IT Staffing services across the tri-state area.

Responsibilities

• Sell IT staffing and consulting services to new accounts, helping clients optimize their use of System One's services while introducing new offerings tailored to their needs.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales approach to enhance existing accounts and drive new business growth.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to qualification and business development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, leveraging this knowledge to create strategic advantages for System One and our clients.
• Work closely with the VP of Sales and other System One team members to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3 years of experience in business development or account management within the IT staffing sales.
• Familiarity with sales tools and methodologies such as Bullhorn and ZoomInfo is desired.
• Strong understanding of the IT consulting market and target audience.
• Outgoing, ambitious, and results-oriented personality.
