This role involves strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities, team management, and coordination of sales, service, and parts departments.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive base salary $100,000 to $150,000 per year, plus BonusHealth Benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision)401KPaid time off and holidaysLocation:Lakewood, WA 98499Key Responsibilities:Leadership & ManagementExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsHire, train, and supervise department managers and staffEstablish goals and standards for each departmentMaintain excellent communication with team members to ensure business profitability and customer satisfactionFinancial Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and managing a budget, forecasting future financial performance, and ensuring resources are allocated effectively Cost Control: Implementing strategies to control costs and improve profitability, including monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost reduction Revenue Management: Driving revenue growth by setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and developing pricing strategies Risk Management: Identifying financial risks and developing plans to mitigate them, ensuring the company's financial stability Investment Decisions: Making decisions about investments in new projects, equipment, or other assets to support business growth Operational OversightOversee daily operations, including financial statements and inventory managementEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsDevelop and implement growth strategies aligned with business objectivesSales & MarketingCoordinate sales activities to maximize inventory turnover and return on assetsDevelop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and salesCustomer RelationsAddress customer complaints promptly and ensure high customer satisfactionMaintain good working relationships with vendors and lending institutionsFinancial ManagementReview monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracyDevelop yearly business plans and budgets with input from department managersQualifications:Leadership - Ability to inspire and motivate teams, set clear goals, and lead by exampleStrategic Thinking - Capability to develop long-term plans, analyze market trends, and make decisions that align with the company's visionFinancial Acumen - Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, stakeholders, and customers.Problem-Solving - Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutionsDecision-Making - Competence in making informed decisions quickly and confidentlyOperational Management - Experience in managing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficiencyCustomer Focus - Commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs, enhancing customer satisfactionAdaptability - Flexibility to handle changing circumstances and unexpected challengesTeam Building - Skills in recruiting, developing, and retaining talented employeesEducation & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent  A college degree in business management is a plus Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role or senior management position, such as Operations Manager, Department Head, or DirectorMinimum 5 years of progressive experience in business operations, sales, finance, or management rolesProven track record in managing sales and operationsIndustry-specific experience is a plus Certifications, i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Manager (CM), Leadership, or Executive Education programs are a plusProven track record in:Strategic planning and executionBudgeting and financial oversightTeam leadership and developmentProcess improvement and operational efficiencyCustomer relationship managementSkills & Competencies:Strong leadership and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFinancial acumen and analytical thinkingConflict resolution and negotiationAdaptability and resilienceTech-savvy with knowledge of relevant business software (e.g., ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, Word, and Excel)We look forward to receiving your resume! Powered by JazzHRd1kqstmlBD
