Home Advisor – Alta Homes
Alta Homes is growing! We are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Home Advisor to welcome prospective buyers and guide them through the exciting journey of purchasing a new Alta home. As the first point of contact in our communities, you’ll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience and helping buyers feel confident, informed, and inspired.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome prospective buyers to the communities and create a warm, professional first impression
• Conduct community tours and highlight Alta’s product, features, and available inventory
• Educate buyers on the homebuilding process, timelines, and design options
• Manage leads, follow-up communication, and appointment scheduling
• Maintain model home presentation standards and ensure marketing materials are stocked
• Gather buyer needs and preferences and communicate effectively with the sales team
• Support onsite events, launches, and community promotions
• Uphold Alta Homes’ brand standards and customer-first approach in every interaction
Qualifications:
· Goal driven, disciplined individual who consistently works towards a defined objective
· 3 Year of experience in new home sales, residential real estate, hospitality, or customer service preferred
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand the customer goals and challenges
· Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging with visitors
· Highly organized with excellent follow-up habits
· Ability to learn floor plans, community details, and construction basics quickly
· Rotating weekend availability required
· Real estate license a plus, but not required
· Continually source new sales opportunities by means of networking, marketing, and outreach to Realtors
