Our Material Handling group is seeking a highly organized, process-oriented Warranty Manager to oversee and support the material handling warranty group. The base salary for this role is based on candidate experience, plus potential bonuses. This role will focus on driving efficiency across the warranty group while building a strong, cohesive team culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving workflows, managing performance, and leading people within a dealership, equipment, or related service-based industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warranty lifecycle for material handling service branches.
• Implement, monitor, and refine processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and recovery percentages.
• Develop and guide team with dispute management and resolution.
• Analyze warranty data including claim volume, recovery percentages, aging claims to identify trends and service improvements.
• Develop, implement and maintain warranty policies, procedures and training to enhance department efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with Service to ensure alignment with company goals and performance metrics.
• Lead and support staff development, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety.
• Manage operational KPIs including claims accuracy, claim submission, claims AR and claim recovery percentages.
• Work closely with OEM to negotiate and manage labor rates to ensure the highest claim recovery and foster a strong partnership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance branch performance and customer service.
• Proficient with company ERP, OEM claims systems and standard business software.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of warranty experience in material handling or related industries.
• Strong organizational and process management skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build and lead cohesive, high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of service department workflows, parts inventory control, and rental operations.
• Proficiency with business systems (ERP, CRM, or dealership management software preferred).
