Alta Developers is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Marketing Professional to join our team in Miami, FL. This role manages communication strategies, coordinates marketing for development sales, oversees social and digital marketing, and ensures exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive salesOversee
- Social media campaigns, including content creation and coordination with third-party agencies
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, Google Analytics, and performance tracking
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies on digital advertising campaigns with third-party vendors
- Manage/Create marketing materials, including presentations, email campaigns, and website content with third-party vendors Assist with event planning, including promotional and networking events
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets and paid campaigns
- Maintain and update CRM systems, email platforms, and customer databases
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience in social media marketing, digital advertising, and content creation
- Proficiency in design tools such as Illustrator, Canva, and Adobe Suite etc….
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Experience in real estate or property development sales is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing tools, Mailchimp…..
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics)
- Experience in event planning is a plusAbility to manage marketing budgets and ad spend allocation
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
