Draftsperson

alt32 Architecture is searching for a Draftsperson to join our growing team! alt32 is a dedicated group focused on strong, efficient design solutions for our institutional clients throughout the state and across the country. This staff member will work alongside Project Designers, Project Managers, and Project Architects to accomplish the goals of our clients. The person who would best fit this role is excited to work with a team to produce clean, fully realized construction documents, enjoys learning, and has expertise to offer of their own.

This position will be based in our Lexington office.

Ideal candidates will already have:

·       At least five years of drafting experience

·       Strong foundation of technical knowledge

·       Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD

·       Solid communication skills and team collaboration

·       Experience assembling, organizing, and preparing full sets of construction documents

·       Experience assembling and drafting technical specifications for Architect’s edits

·       Familiarity with Autodesk Cloud (ACC, BIM Collaborate, etc.)

·       Familiarity with common project delivery methods (KDE, KCTCS, DECA, U.S. GSA, etc.)
