The Commissioning Manager - Mission Critical role is a full-time, on-site position based in Clinton, MS. The role involves overseeing the commissioning process for mission-critical projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, client expectations, and industry standards. Responsibilities include managing commissioning activities, coordinating with project teams, collaborating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring that building systems function effectively and efficiently. The Commissioning Manager will also assist with building services operations, provide technical leadership, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in Commissioning Management, including planning, executing, and validating systems for operational readiness
- Experience in Building Services, encompassing system operations, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Strong Project Management skills, with the ability to lead teams, meet deadlines, and maintain budgets
- Knowledge of Contract Management and the ability to negotiate and administer project agreements effectively
- Familiarity with Procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and managing supplier relationships
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience with mission-critical facilities is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems
