Experienced Evening Commercial Cleaner

Summary

Alston Cleaning is hiring experienced cleaning professionals to join our field team. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have at least 1–2 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Residential housekeeping
• Commercial janitorial cleaning
• Window washing
• Carpet cleaning

We cross-train experienced team members across our service categories, providing opportunities to expand their skills, take on additional responsibilities, and grow into leadership, sales, or administrative positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality cleaning and property maintenance services in residential and commercial settings
• Work independently and with a team while consistently meeting company standards
• Manage time effectively and complete assigned work within scheduled timeframes
• Communicate clearly with clients, supervisors, and team members
• Maintain accurate service logs and written records
• Represent Alston Cleaning professionally at every job site
• Contribute to team success and improvements in our cleaning processes

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of professional cleaning experience
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable personal transportation. Employees are, at times, required to drive themselves to and between job sites.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
• Proficiency with Android or iOS mobile devices
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
