Your role, Your impact
- Define and manage functional interfaces across multiple subsystems in automated transit systems.
- Lead cross-discipline reviews to drive design quality and provide technical feedback.
- Develop and maintain context diagrams and Interface Control Matrices for turnkey systems.
- Ensure interface definitions are controlled, documented, and updated in collaboration with design engineers.
- Monitor and report interface issues using key performance indicators to optimize project outcomes.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in engineering or technical functions, ideally with field exposure to railway systems.
- Ability to build customer value by delivering fit-for-purpose solutions and maintaining trust-based relationships.
- Strong collaborative skills to engage diverse stakeholders and drive collective success.
- Ownership, transparency, and a results-driven mindset to deliver high-quality work on time.
- Accurate and timely definition and management of subsystem interfaces.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication with engineering teams.
