We’ll look to you for:
- Contributing to the definition and proactive implementation of the Project Verification and Validation strategy in the V&V Plan.,
- Defining verification methodology for selected deliverables, as required by the V&V strategy.,
- Developing and executing test plans and test descriptions for in-house activities, while liaising with PrCOM for exported tests.,
- Performing and reporting on allocated verification, integration, and test activities.,
- Collaborating with the Safety Assurance Manager to share and justify results when Safety is involved, supporting safety demonstration efforts.,
- Interfacing with experts in other departments to align on selected V&V activity methodologies.,
- Representing Alstom in front of customers or partners to provide overviews of test progress, issues, risks, and opportunities.,
- Specifying, procuring, developing, setting up, and configuring assets such as test benches and instrumentation.,
- Providing data to maintain applicable KPIs and contributing valuable feedback for REX sessions and continuous improvement.,
- Managing configuration and change management cycles related to V&V activities, including simulation configuration and anomaly tracking.

- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field ,
- Experience or understanding of Verification and Validation (V&V) activities, including Software/System/Integration Testing ,
- Knowledge of Computer-Based Train Control (CBTC) systems or transportation/rail signaling industry ,
- Familiarity with project execution and management in a technical environment ,
- Proficiency in English with strong communication skills ,
- Open-mindedness and the ability to collaborate with international teams or across regions ,
- Strong organizational and time-management skills ,
- Ability to contribute to continuous improvement and feedback processes ,
- Decision-making skills to address challenges effectively ,
- Experience with configuration and change management processes
