We’ll look to you for:
- Designing the macro-process based on standard SMP. ,
- Preparing the introduction of new technologies with associated process validation plans. ,
- Identifying needs for specific manufacturing equipment. ,
- Estimating method time and performing preliminary line balancing. ,
- Identifying critical process steps for detailed Process FMEA and FAR/FAI. ,
- Completing industrial documentation, including industrial data sheets and IMFU. ,
- Defining workstation layouts while considering ergonomic and EHS rules. ,
- Validating product design and industrialization through FAR and FAI. ,
- Supporting production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets. ,
- Industrializing retrofits after engineering changes, including documentation and workstation updates."

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. ,
- Experience or understanding of industrial processes, manufacturing engineering, or process optimization. ,
- Knowledge of process design methodologies, line balancing, and industrial documentation. ,
- Familiarity with tools such as Process FMEA, FAR (First Article Review), and FAI (First Article Inspection). ,
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. ,
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards. ,
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. ,
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. ,
- Proficiency in using industrial design and manufacturing software/tools. ,
- A continuous learning mindset to stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.
