Cashier Supervisors

Alstede Farms, LLC (Chester, NJ) seeks multiple Cashier Supervisors to directly supervise and coordinate activities of retail sales workers. Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. Supervise and assist in authorizing and accepting payments through cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits for food items, plant materials, tickets, or other customer purchases. Oversee and participate in the tabulating of bills, reconciling of receipts, merchandise returns, exchanges, refunds or credits, and monitoring of activities to ensure customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. Direct or perform cleaning, organizing shelves and displays, conducting inventory and stocking shelves, and examining merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed. Identify prices of goods, services, or admission and supervise or assist in the sales process. Instruct or train staff in customer service and sales procedures. Coordinate with management on establishing objectives, policies, and goals, and with documentation and reporting efforts. Assist with record keeping and scheduling. May travel to various worksites in Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, Warren (NJ); Bronx, Kings, New York, Queens, Richmond (NY).

Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for 12 hours per day. 12 Months Experience as Cashier or Related. $63,731/yr ($30.64/hr). Email resumes to info@alstedefarms.com.
