Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor supports the leadership and direction of market warehouse operations within a safety-first environment, ensuring alignment with company goals. This role oversees all aspects of daily warehouse activity, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping to drive accurate and timely order fulfillment. In addition, the Supervisor maintains inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution, while leading, coaching, and developing warehouse staff to ensure strong performance and operational excellence.

In addition, the Supervisor maintains inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution, while leading, coaching, and developing warehouse staff to ensure strong performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- Ensure warehouse operations and processes drive efficiency and support sales performance
- Oversee accurate receiving and shipping of products
- Manage order pulling processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Complete and distribute required documentation to appropriate departments
- Maintain warehouse standards for organization, cleanliness, and overall functionality
- Partner with the Operations Manager to maintain optimal inventory levels that support sales
- Review inventory discrepancies and make appropriate adjustments
- Ensure all merchandise is properly stored, racked, and labeled
- Assist with inventory counts as well as safety and operational audits
- Support daily warehouse operations by directing workflow and assisting with driver dispatch
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management, including progressive discipline
- Promote a safe work environment by monitoring operations and supporting training for new and existing employees
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks daily
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Capability to perform manual labor, including loading and unloading products
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools
- High School diploma or GED required; 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years of wholesale and/or warehouse/manufacturing experience
- Experience with wholesale distribution or home delivery operations preferred
- Working knowledge of warehouse and wholesale operations, including inventory control and safety policies
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and basic financial reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
