Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Data Scientist -- Pricing Analytics & Platform to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and scaling our pricing analytics capabilities, helping drive smarter pricing decisions and improved profitability.
You will work with large, complex datasets to uncover insights, build scalable data solutions, and develop tools that empower business leaders to make data-driven decisions.

- Develop and enhance pricing analytics to improve margin performance and price realization
- Build scalable data pipelines and analytical models to support pricing and commercial strategies
- Design and deliver dashboards and tools that provide clear visibility into pricing performance
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling business stories
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, sales, finance & operations to identify opportunities and drive adoption of analytics solutions
- Support the development of pricing strategies through data modeling, forecasting, and analysis
- Increased visibility into pricing performance and key margin drivers
- Reduced margin leakage through actionable, data-driven insights
- Strong adoption of dashboards and pricing tools across the business
- Improved price realization across key customer segments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or pricing-related roles
- Hands-on experience with Power BI
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar analytical tools
- Experience working with large datasets and building scalable data solutions
- Experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or commercial analytics
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., AS400, Salesforce)
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, forecasting, or optimization techniques
- Experience building customer-facing analytical tools or dashboards
- Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry
- Pricing analytics and margin optimization
- Data visualization and storytelling
- Data pipeline and platform development
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
