Ce poste englobe l'ensemble du cycle de vente, y compris la qualification des prospects, la découverte, les démonstrations de produits, la négociation et la conclusion. Ses performances sont évaluées en fonction du taux de conversion du pipeline, de la croissance du chiffre d'affaires et de l'engagement durable des clients. Responsabilités spécifiques : Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vente SaaS, depuis la qualification initiale jusqu'à la signature du contrat. Travailler avec les représentants du développement commercial et les représentants du développement des affaires pour gérer et convertir les prospects tout au long du processus de vente. Mener des discussions consultatives afin de comprendre les flux de travail, les exigences techniques et les facteurs décisionnels des clients. Réaliser des démonstrations de produits et des présentations de solutions, en coordonnant le soutien des équipes techniques et de conseil selon les besoins. Construire, maintenir et faire progresser un pipeline de ventes qualifié aligné sur les objectifs de revenus régionaux. Utiliser les systèmes CRM pour suivre les interactions avec les clients, la progression des prospects, la valeur des transactions, les prévisions et les indicateurs de performance. Collaborer avec la gestion des produits pour communiquer les commentaires des clients, les exigences du marché et les informations sur la concurrence. Coordonner avec les spécialistes en géoconsulting et les spécialistes techniques lors d'engagements commerciaux complexes ou à caractère technique. Soutenir le transfert structuré vers les équipes d'intégration et de livraison afin d'assurer la continuité entre la vente et l'adoption. Maintenir un engagement proactif avec les prospects et les clients afin de favoriser les renouvellements, les extensions et les relations à long terme. Surveiller et améliorer les indicateurs clés de performance commerciale, notamment les taux de conversion, la vitesse des transactions et l'engagement des clients. Se tenir informé des tendances du secteur, des offres des concurrents et des technologies émergentes pertinentes pour les logiciels de géoanalyse. Autres tâches assignées. Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes requises : Expérience avérée dans la vente de logiciels SaaS ou B2B à cycle complet. Solides compétences en vente consultative et capacité à dialoguer avec les parties prenantes techniques et commerciales. Une expérience ou un emploi dans l'industrie minière est très souhaitable. Maîtrise de la gestion du pipeline de ventes et du suivi des performances à l'aide d'un logiciel CRM. Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale. Esprit analytique et commercial, avec la capacité d'identifier et de développer des opportunités de revenus. Motivé, axé sur les résultats et capable de travailler efficacement dans un environnement en constante évolution et au rythme soutenu. Qualifications requises : Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans la vente de logiciels SaaS ou B2B avec des résultats avérés en matière de génération de revenus. Expérience avérée dans la vente et la génération de prospects, de préférence dans le domaine des logiciels. Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais à un niveau professionnel. Expérience dans l'utilisation de logiciels CRM (Hubspot de préférence). Exigences physiques : Capacité à rester assis à un bureau et à effectuer des tâches administratives générales, ce qui implique des responsabilités sédentaires périodiques ; Capacité à utiliser et à regarder un écran d'ordinateur jusqu'à 8 heures par jour ; Capacité à communiquer par téléphone et par e-mail sans assistance. About the Position: The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth for ALS Geoanalytics software products across Eastern Canada. This role owns the full sales lifecycle, including lead qualification, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing. The position works closely with Product, Technical, and Geoconsulting teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client needs and deliver measurable business value. The Account Executive operates in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is expected to work with a high degree of autonomy, adaptability, and commercial discipline. Performance is measured through pipeline conversion, revenue growth, and sustained customer engagement. Specific Responsibilities: Own and manage a full SaaS sales cycle from initial qualification through contract execution. Work with Sales Development Representatives and Business Development Representatives to manage and convert leads through the sales pipeline Conduct consultative discovery discussions to understand client workflows, technical requirements, and decision drivers. Deliver product demonstrations and solution presentations, coordinating support from technical and consulting teams as required. Build, maintain, and advance a qualified sales pipeline aligned with regional revenue objectives. Use CRM systems to track client interactions, lead progression, deal values, forecasts, and performance metrics. Collaborate with Product Management to communicate customer feedback, market requirements, and competitive insights. Coordinate with Geoconsulting and technical specialists during complex or technically driven sales engagements. Support structured handoff to onboarding and delivery teams to ensure continuity from sale to adoption. Maintain proactive engagement with prospects and clients to support renewals, expansions, and long-term relationships. Monitor and improve key sales performance indicators including conversion rates, deal velocity, and customer engagement. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to Geoanalytics software. Other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Proven experience in full-cycle SaaS or B2B software sales. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders. Exposure or employment in the mining industry is very desirable. Proficiency in sales pipeline management and performance tracking using CRM software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to identify and progress revenue opportunities. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS or B2B software sales with demonstrated success in revenue generation. Demonstrated experience in sales and lead generation, preferably in software. Business level in French and English. Experience using CRM software (Hubspot preferred). Physical Demands: Ability to sit at a desk and do general office work, which includes periodic sedentary responsibilities; Ability to use and view a computer screen for up to 8 hours per day; Ability to communicate via telephone and e-mail without assistance.
