Alseth Family Support is looking to hire a Personal Care Assistant to work with a family in the Mason/Ashland Wisconsin area. The Family is authorized 10 hours per week but that may be increased in the future Pay is $23.00/Hour.
Client needs transportation around the community so a fully covered and reliable personal vehicle is necessary. Mileage reimbursement of $0.70 per mile.
What we do:
We provide non-medical Supportive Home Care & Respite Services to families throughout Wisconsin. Typically we pair our employees on a one-to-one basis per client to maximize the level of care and minimize the level of stress for you, the employee Our services help families in some of the struggles that come with being a parent of a child with disabilities. You will provide the break parents need whether it be going to the store to get groceries, going for a walk, or just disconnecting from life for a bit.
A day working with us might include:
- Assisting clients with Daily Living Skills
- Providing General Cares for Children with Disabilities
- Support individuals in their goals of independence
- Assisting with community involvement
- Making a meaningful connection with your client
