Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the rapidly growing golf cart and leisure lifestyle industry. This role focuses on expanding our dealer and distributor network by opening new retail locations, building strong B2B relationships, and supporting our partners with hands-on product expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience in the golf cart, boating, powersports, or leisure retail industry, and must be comfortable towing a trailer with golf carts for demos, dealer visits, and events.
This position involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence by leveraging your skills in outside sales, customer service, negotiation, and product demonstrations. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets within assigned territories.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new golf cart dealers and distributors to expand our retail network.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and targeted marketing efforts.
- Conduct on-site product demos using a company truck and trailer to showcase vehicles to prospects.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and ongoing revenue growth.
- Provide training, product knowledge, and sales support to new and existing dealers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and order terms while maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies in golf carts and leisure lifestyle product.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop region-specific promotional campaigns that increase brand visibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery, dealer support, and issue resolution.
- Manage territory coverage effectively, ensuring balanced attention to prospecting, onboarding, and account management.
- Attend trade shows, dealer meetings, and community events to represent the company and drive awareness.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, dealer development, or territory management—preferably within the golf cart, boating, RV, powersports, or leisure retail industries.
- Demonstrated success in account management, lead generation, and business development.
- Must be comfortable and experienced towing a trailer with golf carts for sales visits and demonstrations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies for territory growth.
- Experience conducting product demonstrations and training sessions with retail partners.
- Retail or inside sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and energized by field-based work with frequent travel.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Pay: $46,720.70 - $300,000.00 per year
