About the role:
Duties to include Electronic Deliverable Data reports using EDDGE and Excel reporting platforms, along with Adobe.
- Production of error free reports.
- Organization of preparation and analytical data.
- Tracking of workload due dates.
- Interaction with lab staff and project managers regarding data and reporting requirements.
- Production of error free reports.
- Answering phone and greeting clients.
Responsibilities
About you:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Diligent work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous details.
- High energy level, confidence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computers, specifically Excel.
- Attention to detail.
- Desire to produce error free work.
- Will to work overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Some college level math classes and chemistry courses preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Able to speak and hear clearly while communicating with staff, management, and clients.
- Able to sit, and /or stand for 100% of an 8-hour day.
- Dexterity in hands and fingers to operate computer and other equipment.
- Must have average vision and able to see to read reports and operate equipment.
