Our team takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs that restore both the beauty and safety of every vehicle that comes through our doors.Position Overview:We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Auto Body Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collision repair and refinishing, with the skill and attention to detail to produce top-quality results. Experience with custom builds, restorations, and high-performance cars is a strong plus.Responsibilities:Perform all phases of auto body repair, including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural alignment.Sand, prep, and refinish surfaces to factory or custom standards.Collaborate with painters, estimators, and other technicians to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional results.Inspect all work for accuracy, quality, and safety.Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety guidelines.Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship with a focus on customer satisfaction.Qualifications:Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an auto body technician (or equivalent training).Proficiency with frame machines, welding, and body repair tools.Knowledge of metal, aluminum, and plastic repair techniques.Experience with custom builds and high performance vehicles is a plus.I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications are a plus.Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship.Company DescriptionAl’s Autobody Experts II is a family-owned auto body shop known for quality craftsmanship, honest service, and heavy involvement with the automotive community.
