Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall functionality and safety of our hotel property, ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
- Conduct inspections of equipment and systems to identify and address issues.
- Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning equipment and fixtures.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance workshop and storage areas.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
