Job description:
- Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with management experience and strong NP clinical background for a Regional Infusion Manager role.
- Provide oversight of daily operations and clinical infusion center staff across 10-12 clinics in multiple locations around like Canton, Cumming, Duluth, Lithonia, Peachtree City, Smyrna etc.
- Manage staff performance, supervision, and scheduling for all infusion centers
- Ensure the quality and safety of patient care, coordinating services with patients, physicians, clinical staff, and other departments
- Collaborate closely with the facility Director and clinical leadership to develop and implement best-practice policies and procedures, including protocols for managing adverse reactions
- Assist in developing departmental goals, standards, and objectives aligned with the organization’s strategic plan and vision
- Participate in Clinical Oversight Committee, Quality Assurance, and Profit & Loss (P&L) meetings
- Maintain strong relationships with referral sources and prescribing providers
- Provide leadership oversight for approximately 10 infusion clinics, managing operations for million per month in infusion services
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Active NP or PA license in the state of Georgia
- Prior management, leadership, or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
