Job description:

Providing direct clinical services, including evaluation, treatment planning, and care coordination for clients. The position also requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals, community resources, and client families to ensure comprehensive and integrated care.


Requirement:

  • Active license as social worker/ Mental health counselor/ Therapist.

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
