Client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, integrate, and enhance scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, JavaScript, ITSM, API integrations, Flow Designer, CMDB, and modern ServiceNow user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications
- Building secure integrations using REST, SOAP, Webhooks, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
- Creating scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows
- Configuring and enhancing ITSM capabilities including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB
Qualifications
- Candidates should have experience with Employee Center, Service Portal, UI Builder, Configurable Workspaces, ServiceNow data models, ACLs, automated testing, source control, code reviews, security, and release management
Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills are essential
- Experience with ServiceNow AI technologies such as Now Assist, Generative AI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, or AI Search is required
Preferred Skills
- Additional experience with ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, or App Engine, along with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and automated deployment practices, is highly desirable
- CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, or ITIL certification is a plus
