Do you love helping children learn, grow, and succeed? Already Autism Health is looking for passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA services to children with autism in their homes and communities.

As an RBT, you’ll work directly with children to help build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills while working closely with a supportive Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

PAY & PERKS

• Starting pay: $25/hour
• Pay based on experience and work setting
• Biweekly pay
• Active RBT certification required
• RBT supervision provided
• Practicum student supervision
• Mileage reimbursement between clients

Jeffersonville — District Rd
Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM–6:00 PM

Warner Robins — Dixon Rd
Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–8:00 PM

Fort Valley — Chestnut Hill Rd
Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM–6:30 PM

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA services
• Follow treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collect and accurately record clinical data in CentralReach
• Complete session documentation accurately and on time
• Respond to challenging behaviors with professionalism, patience, and compassion
• Communicate important session information to the BCBA
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other members of the care team
• Provide services in home, clinic, and community environments

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Active RBT certification required
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel to client locations
• Basic computer skills
• Professional and dependable
• Positive “can-do” attitude
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen
