Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage all technical and creative development aspects of one or more projects
- Provide leadership to a technical team and interface with client’s project team
- Gather requirements and conduct business process analysis through effective communication with technology staff and business stakeholders
- Manage requirements and process flows throughout the SDLC of the project
- Manage the scope, schedule, cost, risk and issues of the project and track the progress
- Regular status reporting and presentations to senior management, clients and other stakeholders
- Create and maintain business and technical documentation, such as project plans, use cases, application business process flows, page specifications, QA plans and scripts, and application architecture diagrams
Qualifications
- 8 years’ experience managing the successful delivery of web-based applications
- Experience in managing custom web development projects
- Experience in the deployment of package implementations
- Ability to manage and interact with executive-level clients
- Experience in facilitating technical and creative requirements sessions with clients
- Participating in pre-sales meetings and proposal development
- Specific experience with content management systems and building applications for eCommerce, mobile, social networking, workflow and document management
- Agile methodology: certification is a plus
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; PMI certification a plus
