Position Type:
Hybrid
- In-Office: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
- Remote: Thursday & Friday
- Home visits on Thursdays and Zoom meetings as needed (Thursday/Friday)
- Tuesday: Mandatory in-office meeting with all supervisors
Compensation:
- Salary: $68,000 annually
- Benefits:
- 10 days paid vacation per year (flexible)

Key Responsibilities:
OISP & Monthly Meetings
- Manage all communication related to OISP (Individual Service Plans) and monthly meetings
- Serve as the central point of contact for coordinating meetings and individual-related updates
- Setting up new individuals
Scheduling & Time Off
- Oversee initial scheduling for all new staff
- Provide assistance to supervisors with ongoing scheduling issues
- Review and approve time-off requests in collaboration with the office manager
- Monitor shift coverage efforts, ensuring supervisors secure coverage in advance
- Coordinate mandatory annual in-person and biannual Zoom meetings for all staff
HR Responsibilities
- Expedite the hiring process to fill open positions promptly with minimal training needs
- Maintain records of disciplinary actions, absences, and incidents of insubordination
- Support the office manager in compliance-related staff communications
- Conduct onboarding and initial training using company-provided materials
Incident Management
- Review incident reports and ensure proper submission to MUI and Service Coordination
- Follow established MUI reporting guidelines thoroughly
HSC Services Support
- Add new staff to the Anywhere system for medication passing and time tracking
- Collaborate with the HSC Nurse to provide any necessary staff-related information
LPS Documentation
- Complete LPS notes for individuals when supervisors are unable to do so
Billing Oversight
- Ensure accuracy in the CAP Sheet, Billing Sheet, and Anywhere system records
- You will not be responsible for submitting billing, only verifying its accuracy
Client Referrals & Growth
- Assist in expanding Alps Ltd’s clientele base
- Eligible for additional compensation based on new referrals under your coordination
What We’re Looking For:
- A proactive and organized individual with strong leadership and communication skills
- A creative thinker who’s comfortable improving systems and making impactful decisions
- Experience in staffing, HR, or operations management (especially in home healthcare or service-based industries) is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving responsibilities
