This role focuses on documenting business processes, gathering and analyzing requirements, and supporting the delivery of solutions that improve efficiency, mitigate risk, and enhance the client experience. What You Will Bring: • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience. • 3–5 years of business analysis experience within financial services; retail alternative investments preferred. • Knowledge of alternative investment products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements. • Experience with business process documentation and requirements gathering methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, BPMN). • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace as needed. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
