What You Will Bring: • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience. • 3–5 years of business analysis experience within financial services; retail alternative investments preferred. • Knowledge of alternative investment products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements. • Experience with business process documentation and requirements gathering methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, BPMN). • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace as needed. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
