We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our operations team and help support the efficient flow of products through our warehouse.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Clerk will assist in the daily functions of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and organization while supporting the broader warehouse team in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify quantities against purchase orders and report discrepancies.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring product quality and correct documentation.
- Maintain organized storage of goods, following warehouse layout and inventory control guidelines.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure all orders are processed in alignment with company service and quality standards.
- Assist with returns processing, restocking, and quality checks.
- Support a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and team to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Warehouse, logistics, or distribution center experience a plus
- Ability to lift, move, and carry boxes/products up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to be trained and certified).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
This is a full-time position located in Torrance, CA. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
