We are a well-established exterior construction company serving Whatcom & Skagit Counties, and we are looking for a motivated Construction Sales Representative to join our team.

This is not retail sales and not a call-center position. You will be working directly with homeowners on real construction projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Meeting homeowners for scheduled appointments
• Inspecting homes and discussing roofing, siding, windows, and exterior projects
• Preparing estimates and closing deals
• Following up with leads and managing your own sales pipeline
• Working directly with ownership and project management

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience (construction or in-home sales preferred)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organized
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable using phone, email, and basic software

Big Plus If You Have:

• Roofing, siding, or remodeling sales experience
• Knowledge of exterior construction or insurance work
• Local market experience in Whatcom or Skagit County

Compensation:

• Commission-based pay
