As a Community Driver, you’re responsible for transporting our residents to a variety of locations and ensuring that their ride with you is as comfortable as possible.

What Cascade Living and Alpine Way look for in a Community Driver:

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Must have a Valid Drivers License

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred

• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time

• Compassionate individuals with a positive attitude, willing to offer physical assistance as needed

• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents, and their families

• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

What you can expect to do as a Community Driver for Alpine Way:

• Transport residents to and from various locations, i.e., medical appointments, stores, banks, scenic drives, and social events

• Perform or assist in routine preventive maintenance procedures on the vehicle as recommended by the manufacturer

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff

• Is subject to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts

• Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License

• Food Workers Card

• CPR Certification
